Culinary Delights

The Central Otago, West Coast and Canterbury regions of this journey are home to some of the most productive lands in New Zealand with a wide variety of export quality produce grown right here. Central Otago is know as the fruit bowl of the south with its plentiful stone and pip fruit orchards among the spectacular Central Otago vineyards. The West Coast is a seafood haven, wild foods hub and productive dairy region. Canterbury delivers on beef & dairy resulting in moreish pies. We’ll dine on some of the best quality produce straight from the land to your fork as we travel through the regions.

Flexibility

Throughout our years of guiding, we know better than most, the value of flexibility. So, we made sure to allow the best chances of success to make your New Zealand journey the way you dreamed of it. If you want to add-on or subtract adventures, we’ll try to make them work. If your legs, or the weather acts-up, we have an impressive alternative activity list to keep you entertained. We always travel with Plan A in mind however we are acutely aware of the variables that make travelling so memorable. Travelling in late spring through summer and to early autumn is recommended when the daylight hours are longer and weather is warm and reliable.
