Meals

The Canterbury, Southland, Central Otago and West Coast regions of this journey are home to some of the most productive lands in New Zealand with a wide variety of export quality produce grown right here. Canterbury delivers high country sheep stations and fresh salmon from the alpine lakes. Southland provides us with superb beef farms and unique deer farms with a wild history. Otago is know as the fruit bowl of the south with its plentiful stone and pip fruit orchards among the spectacular Central Otago vineyards. And, the Wild West Coast is provides bounty from the sea and wild foods from the foothills. We’ll dine on some of the best quality produce straight from the land to your fork as we travel through these regions.

Flexibility

Throughout our years of guiding, we know better than most, the value of flexibility. So, we made sure to allow the best chances of success to make your New Zealand journey the way you dreamed of it. If you want to add-on or subtract adventures, we’ll try to make them work. If your legs, or the weather acts-up, we have an impressive alternative activity list to keep you entertained. We always travel with Plan A in mind however we are acutely aware of the variables that make travelling so memorable. Travelling in late spring through summer to early autumn is recommended when the daylight hours are longer and weather is warm & reliable.
